The Kingdom of YHVH

Prov 2:21-22  For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it.  (22)  But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.

We read in Prov 2:10-12 that knowledge is pleasing to the soul and that this knowledge is based on Messiah, Who is the Shepherd Who will lead His people back to the Land. Prov 2:21-22 describes what will happen to the Righteous and what will happen to the wicked; the Righteous will enter the Land and the wicked will not, they will be rooted out and cut off from the promise. This is the Covenant YHVH made with His people.

People think that salvation is about going to heaven but "heaven" is coming to the earth together with YHVH's presence where He will live with us forever. The Covenant is about salvation and receiving its promises which includes the Land of inheritance as promised to Abraham. This is the Land of Israel as promised to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the Kingdom of YHVH constitutes a King, the Land of Promise and the His Government (Torah). Y'shua will be the King Who will rule His people in the Land, from Jerusalem.

Isa 33:20-22  Look on Zion, the city of our holy meetings; your eyes shall see Jerusalem a quiet home, a Tabernacle that shall not be taken down; not one of its stakes shall ever be removed, nor shall any of its cords be broken.  (21)  But there the glorious YHVH will be to us a place of broad rivers and streams, in which no galley with oars shall go, nor shall mighty ship pass by it.  (22)  For YHVH is our judge, YHVH is our lawgiver, YHVH is our king; He will save us.

YHVH is our Judge and our King and our Lawgiver and our Salvation. He will reign from Jerusalem and teach us His Torah from Zion.

Isa 2:2-3  And it shall be, in the last days the mountain of Jehovah's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow into it.  (3)  And many people shall go and say, Come, and let us go to the mountain of YHVH, to the house of the God of Jacob. And He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths. For out of Zion shall go out the Law (Torah), and the Word of YHVH from Jerusalem.

Mic 4:7-8  And I will make the lame into a remnant, and her who was cast off a strong nation; and YHVH shall reign over them in Mount Zion from now on, even forever.  (8)  And you, O tower of the flock, the hill of the daughter of Zion, to you it shall happen. And rulers, the chief ones, shall come, the Kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.

The kingdom of Satan (current) will be destroyed and the earth will be purged by fire before the coming of the City and Kingdom of YHVH. After the second Coming of Y'shua, after the 1000 years, Satan will be loosed and he and his army will make war against Jerusalem but will be destroyed.

Zec 14:3-4  And YHVH shall go out and fight against those nations, like the day He fought in the day of battle.  (4)  And His feet shall stand in that day on the Mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall divide from its middle, from the east and to the west, a very great valley. And half of the mountain shall move toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

Rev 20:7-9  And when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be loosed out of his prison.  (8)  And he will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle. The number of them is as the sand of the sea.  (9)  And they went up over the breadth of the earth and circled around the camp of the saints, and the beloved city. And fire came down from YHVH out of Heaven and devoured them.

Zec 14:12-16  And this shall be the plague with which YHVH will strike all the peoples who have fought against Jerusalem. Their flesh shall rot while they stand on their feet, and their eyes shall rot in their sockets. And their tongue shall rot in their mouth.  (13)  And it shall be in that day a great panic of YHVH shall be among them And they shall each one lay hold of his neighbor, and his hand shall rise up against the hand of his neighbor.  (14)  And Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem; and the wealth of all the nations all around shall be gathered, gold, and silver, and clothing in great abundance.  (15)  And so shall be the plague of the horse, the mule, the camel, and the ass, and of all the beasts which shall be in these tents, like this plague.  (16)  And it shall be, everyone who is left of all the nations which came up against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, Jehovah of Hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

After this battle, the New Jerusalem will come down from heaven and YHVH's Tabernacle will be established in Jerusalem and His presence will be in Israel forever. YHVH's presence will be among His people and He will rule His people from Jerusalem together with His Son Y'shua the Messiah.

Rev 21:2-6  And I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from YHVH out of Heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her Husband.  (3)  And I heard a great voice out of Heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of YHVH is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they will be His people, and YHVH Himself will be with them and be their God.  (4)  And YHVH will wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there will be no more death, nor mourning, nor crying out, nor will there be any more pain; for the first things passed away.  (5)  And He sitting on the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write, for these words are true and faithful.  (6)  And He said to me, It is done. I (Y'shua) am the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who thirsts I will give of the fountain of the Water of Life freely.

Rev 21:22-24  And I saw no temple in it, for YHVH Elohim the Almighty is its Temple, even the Lamb.  (23)  And the city had no need of the sun, nor of the moon, that they might shine in it, for the glory of YHVH illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.  (24)  And the nations of those who are saved will walk in the light of it; and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.

The New Jerusalem will be the Temple of YHVH where YHVH will dwell together with the Lamb, Y'shua. He will illuminate the earth and the brightness of His Glory will be seen by the people. The Kingdom of YHVH will be on the earth and only those who accepted Y'shua and who submitted to His Word will enter into His Kingdom and be part of His reign. This is what it means to be saved, to live in the Land and to be part of YHVH's people and to submit under the King of kings and under His Rule that is founded on His Torah. Isa 2:2-3. He will teach us His Ways and the upright will dwell in the Land and the perfect shall remain in it forever.
